Privacy disclosures for public review.
Energy Price Choice uses limited review context to organize an energy question and does not ask public shoppers for utility passwords or payment credentials.
Information used for a review
Energy Price Choice uses public review context to help organize an energy question. The review should not ask for utility passwords, payment credentials, or access to a utility account.
A review may use ZIP code, customer type, commodity, utility context, and selected review details. A utility candidate remains provisional until you confirm the utility shown on current records.
Information not requested for public review
- Utility usernames, passwords, or direct utility-account credentials.
- Payment-card numbers or payment authentication data.
- Supplier enrollment authorization, signatures, or external submission through public content pages.
If a partner referred you
If you came to Energy Price Choice through a partner's referral link, that partner can see the account holder name on your application, next to the referral commission they earn. They don't see your service address, contact details, utility account number, bill, usage or the plan you chose.
This applies to applications started after this section was added to this policy. For earlier applications, the partner sees a numbered customer, not your name.
Customer control
