Terms and disclosures for energy review.
Energy Price Choice helps customers review energy-choice information without promising availability, savings, or enrollment.
Source and availability
Energy Price Choice helps customers review energy-choice information. It is not a utility, regulator, government program, or guarantee of availability, savings, or enrollment.
ZIP routing, utility context, customer class, source data, rates, terms, and any future offer status can change. A displayed review result is not a promise that a supplier will accept enrollment. Current offer data and version must be revalidated before a consequential action.
Customer decision
Keep current service in place while reviewing. Compare delivery context, supply context, term, fees, renewal language, source date, and required disclosures. A customer may choose, monitor, or stay with current service.
Compensation disclosure
EPC may receive supplier compensation when a customer chooses a plan. Compensation does not replace source review, required disclosures, or customer choice. Mock and historical data is labeled and is not live pricing.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The service — including its software, models, algorithms, scoring logic, and design — belongs to Energy Price Choice and its licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose: reviewing energy-choice information for your own decision.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, algorithms, or proprietary logic of the service.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means — including AI systems — to systematically probe, extract, or reconstruct the service's internal logic, scoring, or decision-making.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical measures that protect the service or its data.
Nothing here restricts ordinary browsing, or the reading, indexing, and summarization of public pages by search engines and AI assistants. Public content may be crawled and quoted; what is not permitted is the systematic extraction or reconstruction of proprietary service logic.
Violating this section may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the service.
